SET-UP
To manufacture good products one needs a systematic set-up.
This has always been the prime concern for Borkar Polymers.
Our existing set-up at Vasai is a 12,000 sq. feet workshop with the following departments:
- Design Studio cum Modeling & Prototyping shop
- FRP Moulding
- M.S. & S.S. Fabrication
- Wood Workshop
- Inspection & Assembly
- Painting & Finishing
All the departments are backed by a central stores which sources the best of materials and tools to make good quality products.
The Moulds needed for FRP Moulding are made in-house, whereas those needed for Rotational, Blow & Injection Moulding are made under our guidance & supervision by our sister concerns and associate companies.
We also have a well-established family of vendors for supplying us a variety of ancillary items.
